About Me

Rooted in focus, intention and authenticity, my classes are designed to help you cultivate your mind-body connection so you can improve your performance in all areas of your life.

My background is in aerospace engineering and project management. For a long time that kept me in constant pursuit of more, better, faster… Eventually, I came to point where I realized that way of being was no longer sustainable. 

Yoga and meditation were the practices that allowed me to change my mindset and habits in order to lead a more balanced life. My vinyasa classes are centered around these experiences and will guide you through mindful and intentional movement.
